Delegate Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference organiser.

Refunds

• More than 30 days before the event: Full refund less a £25 administration fee.
• 15–30 days before the event: 50% refund of the registration fee.
• Less than 15 days before the event: No refund will be provided.

Substitute Delegates If a registered delegate is unable to attend, a substitute delegate may attend in their place at no additional cost. Notification of the substitution must be provided in writing before the event.

Non-Attendance Failure to attend the conference without prior written cancellation will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued.

Conference Organiser Cancellation or Postponement The organiser reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the programme, venue, speakers, or schedule where circumstances beyond reasonable control make this necessary.If the conference is cancelled by the organiser:

• Delegates will receive a full refund of registration fees paid.
• The organiser will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, subsistence, or other consequential costs incurred by delegates.

If the conference is postponed:

• Registrations will automatically transfer to the new date.
• Delegates unable to attend the new date may request a full refund within 30 days of notification.

Force Majeure The organiser shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, public health emergencies, strikes, acts of government, or venue closures.
