We are pleased to accept group bookings for parties of 3 or more persons.
Staff groups who qualify for SCaH's discounted entry fees are as follows:
Step One In order to proceed, please see SCaH's current Super Early Bird fees (available until 28.2.2026): £120 for those attending in-person and £100 for those attending online. Please contact heidi@scah.uk to confirm the total amount payable for your group booking. We will require details of a Lead Booker, who will be our point of contact.
Step Two We will ask for a Purchase Order (PO) Number. If you require SCaH supplier details to set-up your purchase order, please email: heidi@scah.uk
Step Three When a PO number has been received by us, we will provide the Lead Booker with an Invoice Number and password which will enable access to the group booking form (below) where delegate's information, breakout session choices and dietary requirements (for in-person delegates) can be inputted.
Step Four All delegate names are then added to our mailing list to ensure they receive the latest conference news. Should they wish to, delegates can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on a link contained at the end of each communication.
Early Bird prices apply from 1.3.2026-31.7.2026: £140 for those attending in-person and £120 for those attending online.
